(1) The Central Government shall provide the Tribunal with a Recovery Officer and such other officers and employees as that Government may think fit.
(2) The Recovery Officer and other officers and employees of a Tribunal shall discharge their functions under th e general superintendence of the Presiding Officer.
(3) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the Recovery Officer and other officers and employees of a Tribunal shall be such as may be prescribed.

8. (I) The Central Government shall, by notification, ^statyisb one or more Appellate Tribunals, t0 be known as the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, t0 exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on such Tribunal by or under this Ordinance. /
