Section 12: Power to relax

Recruitment to Laboratory Technical Posts Regulations, 2019.Central Regulations · 2016

Where the Bureau is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these regulations in respect of any class or category of persons:

Provided that the approval of the Central Government shall be taken for such relaxation before it is implemented.
