Provided that the Laboratory Officers, who have already been granted Financial Up-gradation under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme in Level-8, shall also be eligible for grant of Non-Functional Grade-II in Level-9 on completion of five years’ service in Level-8.
- Non-functional Grade-II in Level-9 in the pay matrix, as per recommendation of the Seventh Central Pay Commission, shall be granted to the Laboratory Officer with five years regular service in the Non-functional Grade-I.
