The Doctor of Philosophy degree programme at the Regional Centre shall be primarily regulated by the provisions of ordinance 8 of the Ordinances of the Regional Centre for Biotechnology, 2017 and these regulations shall be in addition to and consistent with the provisions of the said ordinance 8 so as to clarify and supplement it.
