Section 14: Manner of lodging claims and objections

The Registration of Electors (Amendment) Rules, 2022Central Rules · 1950

Every claim or objection 4[or application 5[for correction of particulars or transposition of entries] shall—

(a) either be presented to the registration officer 6[of the constituency in which the applicant is ordinarily residing] or to such other officer as may be designated by him in this behalf; or

(b) be sent by 7*** 8[post to the registration officer; or] 4[(c) be submitted electronically to the registration officer.]
