Section 109: Committal order

Regulations for the Navy Part IICentral Regulations · 1957

The order for imprisonment or detention, being the authority for the Superintendent of a jail or for the officer in command of the detention establishment to receive and detain an offender, and to release him at the expiration of his sentence, shall be made out on the prescribed form.
