Section 118: Consequences of conviction by civil authorities

When a sailor being charges for a civil offence appears before a civil court and is sentenced or placed on probation, an offence has been proved against him and he shall be liable to forfeit the pay and service for the time spent in civil custody and he shall be liable to incur the Naval penalties under the provisions of regulation 119.
