Section 174: Summoning of members

Regulations for the Navy Part IICentral Regulations · 1957

(1) The president shall by signal summon the officers junior to himself present at the place where the court martial shall be held to sit there on which signal shall be deemed to be a compliance with sub-section

(19) of section 97.

(2) When issuing the signal, provision shall be made for the attendance of spare members who would be eligible to sit if any objection to a member of the court is allowed.
