Section 18: Modification of sentence

Regulations for the Navy Part IICentral Regulations · 1957

At any time before the warrant is read, the Commanding Officer may modify or withdraw the sentence if on further consideration it appears to him desirable to do so provided that if the warrant has been approved by a superior authority, the sentence shall not be modified or withdrawn without the consent of the authority.
