Section 132: Appointment to other navies

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

(1) All officers are liable for service with any other navy as may be directed by the Government. In selecting officers for such service, preference may be given to volunteers, but if the requisite number of suitable volunteers is not forthcoming, officers may be detailed as for any other appointment.

(2) All officers are liable for service in any military, civil or other appointment whether in India or abroad as may be directed by the Government, or by chief of the Naval Staff who specifically so authorised by the Government.
