Section 205: Classification and Relative Rank of Officers
Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957
(1) The Officers of the Indian Navy are classified and shall rank and command with each other, as indicated in the table at Appendix IV.
(2) The branches into which officers are classified shall be: -
(a) Executive
(b) Engineering
(c) Electrical
(d) Education
(e) Medical
(f) Shipwright.
