Section 248: Pensioners and Fleet Reservists

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

The provisions of sub-regulations (3) and (5) of Regulation 247 shall not apply to pensioners and Fleet Re-servists called up for further service in emergency.

They shall rank and command according to seniority based on the time served in active service, including time served on mobilization.
