Section 349: Retirement

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

The ages retirement in all Branches of the Indian Naval Volunteer Reserve shall be as follows: - Lieutenants and Lieutenant-Commanders 48 years.

Commanders 50 years.

Captains 55 years.

Branch List Officers 50 years.

On attaining the above age limits, officers will ordinarily be placed on the Retired List.
