Section 369: Action to be taken by Officers who are abroad on date of call-up

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

When the Reserves are called up,- officers if abroad, shall receive notice thereof from the Registrar of Reserves or the nearest Indian representative. They shall then present themselves abroad the first Indian Naval Ship they meet and also report by letter to the Registrar of Reserves in India and to the nearest Indian representative.

No further action is required until receipt of summons calling them up for actual service in the Indian Navy.
