Section 376: Retirement, Resignation and Discharge Liability of Retired Officers

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

(1) Officers placed on the Special List or Retired List and under 50 years of age may be called up for actual service in the Indian Navy in the event of an Emergency provided they are medically fit.

(2) Officers so called up cannot claim to be discharged during an Emergency merely on account of attaining the age of 50 years.
