Section 401: Applications for Payment

Regulations for the Navy Part IIICentral Regulations · 1957

(1) Applications for payment of retaining fee accompanied by training certificates shall be made to the Registrar of Reserves on whose authority the Controller of Defence Accounts (Navy) shall make the necessary payments.

(2) No application shall be made prior to the date on which the retaining fee falls due.

(3) Retaining fee may be paid, of due, to the legal heir of an officer who may die whilst a member of the Reserves.
