Section 2: Act XII of 1948 to be temporarily amended

Rehabilitation Finance Administration (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953Ordinance · 1953

The Rehabilitation Finance Administration Act, 1948 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) shall, during the period of operation of this Ordinance, have effect subject to the amendments specified in sections .3 to 6.
