Any person aggrieved by an assessment, verification or order made by the State Government or any authority thereunder, or the Reimbursement Assessment Committee or the Technicalcum-Cost Committee of the National Mineral Exploration Trust may apply to the Revisionary Authority of the Central Government for revision of the same under section 30 of the Act.

1. Compliance of Sub Clause (ii) of Section 10A (2) (b) (i.e. the permit holder or licencee has not committed any breach of the terms and conditions of the Reconnaissance Permit or the Prospecting Licence)
