,,(1) For the purpose of filling any seat or seats in the Council of States allotted to any Union territory * * * in the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution there shall be an electoral college for each such territory * * *.

,(3) The electoral college for the Union territory of Delhi shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 (1 of 1992).
(4) The electoral college for the Union territory of *** Pondicherry shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 (20 of 1963).

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh (UTs).--
Section 27A.-- After sub-section (4), insert the following sub-section, namely:-
(5) The electoral college of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall consist of the elected members of the Legislative Assembly constituted for that territory under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 (34 of 2019).
