Section 14: Power to enter and Inspect

Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Ordinance, 1952Ordinance · 1952

Tho competent authority or any officor, empowered in this behalf by such authority by general or special order, may enter and inspeot any property for the purposes of determining whether, and if so, in what manner, an order under this Ordinance should be made in relation to such property or with a view to securing compliance with the order made undor this Ordinance.
