Section 4: Power to take possession oi requisitioned property

(/) Where any property has been requisitioned under section U, tho competent authority may, by notice in writing, order the owner as well as any othur person who may be ia possession of the property to surrender or dclivtr possession thereof to the component authority or any person duly authorised by it in this behalf within ten days of tho servioo of the notice.

(2) If toiy person refuses or fails to comply with an order m<id<' under subsection (i), the competent authority may take possession of the property and may, for that purpose, use such force us may be necessary.
