Section 23: Interpretation

The Right to Information (Term of Office, Salaries, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chief Information Commissioner,…Central Rules · 2005

If any question arises relating to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these rules, it shall be referred to the Central Government for decision.
