Matters of APPENDIX 'A' RULES CF PROCEDURE NORTH EASTERN couvcll, In exerciseOf the powers conferredby Sub-section(l) Of 5 of the North Eastern Council Act, 1971 (Act 84 of 1971), the North Eastern Council herebymakes the following rules, namely:-
1. Theserulesmaybecalled theNorth EastemCouncil Rulesof prcxedure.
2. In these Rules, unless the gontext otherwise requires:
(l) "Act" meansthe North EasternCouncil Act, 1971.
(2) "Chairman" meansthe Chairmanof theCouncil.
(3) "Committee" meansa Committeeaw)inted by the Council.
(4) ' 'Council" meanstheNorth EasternCouncil establishedunderSection3 of the Act.
(5) "Meeting" meansa mee•.ingof the Council.
(6) "Member" meansa of theCouncil.
(7) "Seretary" meansthe Secretaryof the Council.
(8) "Vice-Chairman" meanstheVice-Chairmanof theCouncil.
