Section 4: Term of the Search Committee

Rules regarding Rules of Odisha Lokayukta 2018State Rules of Odisha · 2018

A member of the Search Committee, including its chairperson, shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of his appointment and shall be eligible for re-appointment:

Provided that the Selection Committee may, where it is of the view that the continuance of a Member of the Search Committee is not expedient in the public interest, may, after giving him an opportunity of being heard, remove such member before the expiry of his term.
