(1) Shri Lal Chand Village Khearian, P/O Gole Gujral, Jammu – 180002 - Chairman;

(2) Shri Nazir Ahmed H.No. 12, Jeelanabad, Lane 1, Batpora, Srinagar – 190006 - Member;
(3) Director, Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing, Government of Jammu and Kashmir - Member-Secretary.
2. The Chairman and members of the Authority, Jammu and Kashmir shall hold office for a term of three years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
3. The Authority,Jammu and Kashmir shall exercise such powers and follow such procedures as specified in the said notification.
4. The Authority, Jammu and Kashmir shall base its decision on the recommendations of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir constituted under paragraph 5 of this order.
5. For the purposes of assisting the Authority,Jammu and Kashmir, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, hereby constitutes the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir comprising of the following members, namely :-
(1) Shri Subhash Chandra Sharma 331, Shastri Nagar, Jammu – 180004 - Chairman;
(2) Shri M. A. Tak 124 Mominabad (near JACKFED), Anantnag – 192101 - Member;
(3) Shri BrajBhushan Sharma 278, Sector 2, ChanniHimmat, Jammu - Member;
(4) Shri Abdul Rashid Makroo House No. 9, Lane No. 11, Sector C, Gulshan Nagar, Nowgam By- Pass, Srinagar – 190019 - Member;
(5) Professor Arvind Jasrotia 33-D, Sainik Colony, Jammu – 180011 - Member;
(6) Dr. Gulam Muhammad Dar (Associate Professor) Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration and rural Development, Main Campus, M.A. Road, Srinagar – 190001 - Member;

6. The Chairman and members of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall hold office for a term of three years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
7. The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall exercise such powers and follow such procedures as specified in the said notification.
8. The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall function on the principle of collective responsibility and the Chairman shall endeavor to reach a consensus in each case, and if consensus cannot be reached, the views of the majority shall prevail.
9. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir shall notify an agency to act as Secretariat for the Authority, Jammu and Kashmir and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir, and shall provide all financial and logistic support including accommodation, transportation and such other facilities in respect of all their statutory functions.
10. The sitting fee, travelling allowance and dearness allowance to the Chairman and members of the Authority, Jammu and Kashmir and the Chairman and members of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, Jammu and Kashmir shall be paid in accordance with the relevantrules of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
