7. रयज्र् धवशेषज्ञ मूलर्यंकन सधमधर्, आंध्र प्रिशे ऐसी शधिर्ों कय प्रर्ोग करेगी और ऐसी प्रदिर्यओं कय अनुपयलन करेगी, जो उि अधिसूचनय में प्रगधणर् दकर्य जयए ।
8. रयज्र् धवशेषज्ञ मलूर्यंकन सधमधर्, आंध्र प्रिेश सयमूधहक उत्तरियधर्त्व के धसद्यंर् पर कयर्ा करेगी और अध्र्क्ष प्रत्र्ेक मयमले में सवासम्मधर् पर पहुचंने कय प्रर्यस करेगय और र्दि सवासम्मधर् पर नहीं पहुचंय जय सकर्य ह ैर्ो बहुमर् कय मर् अधभभयवी होगय ।
9. आंध्र प्रिेश सरकयर, प्रयधिकरण, आंध्र प्रिेश और रयज्र् धवशेषज्ञ मूलर्यंकन सधमधर्, आंध्र प्रिेश के सधचवयलर् के रूप में कयर्ा करन े के धलए दकसी अधभकरण को अधिसूधचर् करेगी और प्रयधिकरण, आंध्र प्रिशे और रयज्र् धवशेषज्ञ मूलर्यंकन सधमधर्, आंध्र प्रिेश के कयनूनी कृत्र्ों के संबंि में सभी धवत्तीर् और संभयर र्ंत्र सहयर्र्य, धजसके अंर्गार् आवयस, पररवहन और ऐसी अन्द्र् सुधवियएं हैं, उपलब्ि करयएगी ।
10. प्रयधिकरण, आंध्र प्रिेश और रयज्र् धवशेषज्ञ मूलर्यंकन सधमधर्, आंध्र प्रिेश के अध्र्क्ष और सिस्र्ों को बैठक फीस, र्यत्रय भत्तय और मंहगयई भत्तय आंध्र प्रिेश रयज्र् सरकयर के धनर्मों के अनसुयर संिेर् दकर्य जयएगय । [फय. सं. जे-11013/36/2007-आई.ए.।।(।)] ज्ञयनेश भयरर्ी, संर्ुि सधचव MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th December, 2017 S.O. 4001(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14 th September, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said Notification), the Central Government hereby constitutes the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the Authority, Andhra Pradesh) comprising of the following Members, namely: -
1. Sri Sarasa Balasubramanyam, Indian Administrative Service, (Retired), Room No.209-212, 1 st Floor, L-Block, A.P. Secretariat Building, Saifabad, Hyderabad-500 022, Andhra Pradesh -Chairman;
2. Dr. Smt. Padma Sree Ravi, Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering, Andhra University College of Engineering (A), Visakhapatnam – 530 003, Andhra Pradesh -Member;
3. Special Secretary/Additional Secretary, Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh -Member Secretary.
2. The Chairman and Members of the Authority, Andhra Pradesh shall hold office for a term of three years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.

3. The Authority, Andhra Pradesh shall exercise such powers and follow such procedures as enumerated in the said Notification.
4. The Authority, Andhra Pradesh shall take its decision after the recommendations of the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) constituted under paragraph 5.
5. To assist the Authority, Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government in consultation with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby constitutes the State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) (hereinafter referred to as SEAC, Andhra Pradesh) comprising of the following Members, namely:-

6. The Chairman and Members of SEAC, Andhra Pradesh shall hold office for a term of three years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
7. The SEAC, Andhra Pradesh shall exercise such powers and follow such procedures as enumerated in the said Notification.
8. The SEAC, Andhra Pradesh shall function on the principle of collective responsibility and its Chairman shall endeavor to reach a consensus in each case, and if consensus cannot be reached, the view of the majority shall prevail.
9. The Government of Andhra Pradesh shall notify an agency to act as Secretariat for the Authority, Andhra Pradesh and SEAC, Andhra Pradesh, and the Secretariat shall provide all financial and logistic support including accommodation, transportation and such other facilities in respect of all the statutory functions of the Authority, Andhra Pradesh and SEAC, Andhra Pradesh.
10. The sitting fee, travelling allowances and dearness allowances to the Chairman and Members of the Authority, Andhra Pradesh and SEAC, Andhra Pradesh shall be paid as per the rules of the State Government of Andhra Pradesh.
