Section 11: Responsibilities of auctioneer

S.O. 432 (E) 16-05-2001 : Batteries (Management & Handling) Rules 2001Central Rules · 1986

The auctioneer shall -

(i) ensure that used batteries are auctioned to the registered recycters only,

(ii) file half-yearly returns of their auctions to the State Boards in Form-lX; and

(iii) maintain a record of such auctions and make these records available to the State Board for inspection.
