Section 19: Authorities of the University

Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 15 of 2012

The following shall be the authorities of the University namely:

(a) The Board of Governors.

(b) The Board of Management.

(d) The Finance Committee.

(e) Research Council.

(f) Distance Education Committee.

(g) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
