Section 34: Conditions of service of employees

Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 15 of 2012

(1) Every employee shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be kept in the University and a copy of which shall he furnished to the employee concerned.

(2) Disciplinary action against the students/employees shall he governed by procedure prescribed in the Statutes.
