Section 9: University open to all classes, castes, creed, religion, language and gender

Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 15 of 2012

The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, caste, creed, religion, language or gender.

Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making special provisions for admissions to students of the State.
