Section 17: Vesting of property.

The Salar Jung Museum Act, 1961Central Act · Act 26 of 1961

The properties specified in Parts I, II and III of the Schedule, being properties which by virtue of the decree passed in C.S. No. 13 of 1958 on the file of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh vested absolutely in the Central Government, shall, on and from the date of the establishment of the Board, vest in the Board.
