CI) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, —

(a) "Act" means the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007);

(b) "Chairperson", means the Chairperson of the Authority appointed under section'25 of the Act;

( c) "Member" means the Member of the Authority appointed under section 25 of the Act.

(2) Words and expressions used herein but not defined and defined in the Act, shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
