Section 2: Definition.

The Salaries and Allowances of Officers of Parliament Act, 1953Central Act · Act 20 of 1953

In this Act "officer of Parliament" means any of the following officers, namely, the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Council of States and the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the House of the People.
