[4-AA. Entitlement for travelling.–– Every member and/or any other member of his/her family, shall be entitled to travel at any time by such mode of transport and up to such distance in a financial year, as may be prescribed by the [Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] from time to time].
