[5-A. Daily Allowance for the period of absence.— If a member has been ordered to absent himself from a meeting or meetings of the Legislative Assembly [x x x x] under the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business [of the Legislative Assembly of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], for the time being in force, he shall not be entitled to get Daily Allowance for such period of absence].
