Section 4: A m e n d m e n t of section 2 Act L I I I of 1947

The Salaries of Minister's (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950Ordinance · 1950

In sect ion 2 of the said Act for clause (a) the following clauses shall be substituted, namely:—

(a) "Minister" means a member of the Council of Ministers of the Union, whether designated a Cabinet Minister or a Minister of State;

(aa) "Deputy Minister" means a person appointed as such by the Prime Minister.
