2. Definitions, - In these rules, unless the context other !vise requires, -
(a) "Act", means thb Petroleum and Natwal Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006;
(b) c'Boarrf", meins the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board established .

Salaries and Jltowances. -
(a) The Chairperson shall be entitled to a monthly saiary of Rs.26,000 (fixed).

1972. The Chairperson- and zi Meinber 'shall be entitled to encaihment of fifty percent of eamed leave to his credit at my time.
