Section 28: Powers and functions of the Court

The Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 2022

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Court shall have the following powers and functions, namely:-

(i) to review from time to time the broad policies and programmes of the University and to suggest measures for the improvement and development of such policies and programmes;

(ii) to consider and pass resolutions on the annual report and the annual accounts together with the audited report of the University; and

(iii) to exercise all the powers of the University not otherwise provided for by this Act or the Statutes.
