Section 55: Repeal and savings

The Sardar Patel University Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2021State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 3 of 2022

(1) The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2018) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if the Act was in force on the day on which the thing was done or such action was taken.
