Section 11: Powers of the Chancellor to annul proceedings or decisions

Without prejudice to the provisions of this Act, the Chancellor may, by order in writing, annul proceedings of the Cluster University or of its any authority 12 THE SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL CLUSTER UNIVERSITY, MANDI, HIMACHAL PRADESH (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2018 or the decision of any officer of the Cluster University, which is not in conformity with this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances made there under:

Provided that before making such order, the Chancellor shall call upon the Cluster University, or as the case may be, its authority or the officer, to show cause why such an order should not be made and if any cause is shown within the period specified by him in this behalf, shall consider the same.
