Section 36: Proceedings of the Cluster University not invalidated by vacancies

The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018State Act of Himachal Pradesh · Act 6 of 2018

No act done, or proceeding taken, under this Act by any authority of the Cluster University shall be invalid merely on ground,-

(a) of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority;

or

(b) of any defect or irregularity in nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or

(c) of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceedings, not affecting the merits of the case.
