SEBI (Procedure for Search and Seizure) Repeal Regulations, 2015Central Regulations · 1992

(1) On receipt of the request under regulation 3, the Chairman may, after being satisfied that it is necessary to do so, authorise the Investigating Authority or any other officer of the Board as the authorised officer by issuing a warrant of authority as per 3 Form-B of the Schedule.

(2) The Chairman may authorise multiple execution of the warrant of authority during the period in which it is in force.
