Section 56

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (last amended on September 23, 2019)Central Regulations · 1992

(1) No employee shall use his position or influence directly or indirectly to secure employment in any intermediary registered with the Board, of any person related, whether by blood or marriage to the employee or to the employee's wife or husband, whether such a person is dependent on the employee or not.

(2) Every employee shall report to the competent authority in case his son/daughter or any other member of his family accepts employment in any intermediary registered with the Board with which he has official dealings or in any undertaking having official dealings with the Board.
