the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (last amended on 22.04.2019)Central Regulations · 1992

(1) The Board may at any time call for any information from the REIT or 209[holdco or SPV(s) or] parties to the REIT or any unit holder or any other person with respect to any matter relating to activity of the REIT.

(2) Where any information is called for under sub-regulation (1), it shall be furnished within the time specified by the Board.
