(1) Notwithstanding anything contained above, the Board may appoint a qualified auditor to inspect the books of account or the affairs of the Self Regulatory Organization.
Provided that the auditor so appointed shall have the same powers of the inspecting authority as mentioned in regulation 16 and the obligations of Self Regulatory Organization mentioned in regulation 18 shall be applicable to an inspection under this regulation.
(2) The Board shall be entitled to recover the expenses of such audit or inspection as may be incurred by it, including fees paid to the auditors, from the concerned Self Regulatory Organization.
