Securities and Exchange Board of India (Self Regulatory Organizations) Regulations, 2004. Last amended on March 6, 2017Central Regulations · 1992

(1)The Board may require the applicant to furnish such further information or clarification as it may consider necessary for the purpose of processing of the application.

(2) The Board, if it so desires, may require the applicant to appear before it through an authorized representative for personal representation in connection with the grant of a certificate of recognition.
