Section 16: Gratuity

The Chairman or a whole-time Member shall not be entitled to gratuity.

17. Encashment of Leave - The Chairman or a whole-time Member shall be entitled to the encashment of leave in accordance with the rule applicable to Group ‘A’ officers of Government of India, subject to a maximum encashment of 240 days, including the leave encashed before superannuation.
