Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018 Last amended on June 04, 2019Central Regulations · 1956

(1) Every recognised stock exchange shall pay the regulatory fee in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Regulatory Fee on Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 2006.

(2) Every recognised clearing corporation shall pay the regulatory fee as the Board may specify.
