Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations Regulations, 2018 Last amended on June 04, 2019Central Regulations · 1992

(1) The period of recognition granted to a stock exchange shall be as per rule 6 of the rules.

(2) The recognition granted to a clearing corporation, unless granted on a permanent basis, shall be for such period not less than one year as may be specified by the Board.
