Securities Contracts (Regulations) (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 2005Central Rules · 1992

(1) These rules may be called the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties by Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 2005.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
